I regularly perform bedside notarizations throughout Cochise County and understand how to work within facility rules, coordinate with nursing staff, and handle the unique circumstances that come with healthcare-setting notarizations.
Time is often critical. Healthcare directives, power of attorney documents, and estate planning paperwork may need to be executed while the signer is alert and able. I prioritize facility visits and can often accommodate same-day requests when my schedule allows.

⚠️ Important: Arizona law requires that every signer appear to understand the document and be signing voluntarily. If I arrive and the patient cannot demonstrate awareness or willingness, I may not be able to complete the notarization. Planning ahead helps — contact me as early as possible so we can discuss the situation.
Standard pricing applies: $10 per notarial act + mileage. I'll coordinate timing with the facility and quote the total before confirming.
