No Surprises

Simple, Transparent Pricing

I'll confirm total cost before we meet. Arizona regulates notary fees — my pricing follows those rules exactly.

Arizona Regulated Fee

Notarial Acts

$10 per notarial act / signature

Arizona law permits notaries to charge up to $10 per notarial act or signature. This applies to:

  • Acknowledgments
  • Jurats
  • Oaths and affirmations
  • Copy certifications

Fee is consistent for all customers and posted per Arizona Secretary of State requirements.

Travel Fee

Mileage

$0.67 per mile (round trip from Hereford)

When travel is required, Arizona allows a mileage fee tied to the state employee mileage rate. I'll quote mileage before you confirm the appointment — no surprises.

Mileage rate follows the current Arizona state employee rate and may adjust when the state updates it. Rate shown: $0.67/mi effective Jan 27, 2025.
